Why would a group of women lug photographs, videos and mixed-media installations through a war zone? To collaborate on an exhibition with eight Palestinian colleagues, the members of U.S.-based feminist artist collective 6+ carried art past countless gun-toting soldiers at West Bank military checkpoints.
