I have worked all over the creative spectrum; from photographing communities, to empowering young women in Palestinian refugee camps with digital audio recorders, to developing websites for creative entrepreneurs.
For the last decade I have combined my art practice with vast teaching experience to make technology accessible for others and develop the creativity and confidence to tell their own stories in the digital realm. These collaborations have taken place with individuals, in higher education, and at institutions such as Street-Level Youth Media, the International Center of Bethlehem, and Al-Feneiq Cultural Centre. I also build websites for creative entrepreneurs, visual artists, and small organizations.
A southern ex-pat, I currently reside in Chicago where I teach photography and wrangle digital communications at Columbia College Chicago, take slow bike rides, and grow tasty experiments as a novice garden warrior.
